My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and offered great views over the industrial part of the city, although facing the expressway. The staff was nice and ready to help, though better English speakers would be recommended. The location in the new district of Wuxi was convenient for our purposes but not particularly pleasant. The dining experience needed improvement, lacking organization at times. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
